Veterans Foundation

Veterans deserve our respect and admiration – and many need our support to preserve their dignity, health and well-being. National Church Residences is committed to helping veterans obtain affordable housing, health care, counseling and workforce development training.

Although veterans are served in our senior affordable housing and other service divisions, National Church Residences has two permanent supportive housing communities devoted exclusively to veterans, Commons at Livingston in Columbus, Ohio and Commons at Garden Lake in Toledo, Ohio. The housing plus services model at these properties are designed to provide the resources to help them stabilize and overcome the issues that may have led to former homelessness.
