Supportive Housing

Thank you for your donation! The Commons Permanent Supportive Housing Foundation provides residents of National Church Residences’ permanent supportive housing communities the services or amenities necessary to re-claim their lives, stabilize housing and to overcome the issues that may have led to former homelessness.

Our permanent supportive housing provides affordable housing for formerly homeless individuals. With a blended management approach, those living in our community are given the resources to stabilize and overcome the issues that may have led to former homelessness. The Commons Permanent Supportive Housing Foundation ensures programming and services continued to be provided for this vulnerable population.
