Memory Care

At National Church Residences, it is our goal to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our valued residents and their families, across Ohio, by providing a memory care program focused on personalization and quality of life. We maintain an environment filled with meaningful, purposeful and enjoyable activity. We encourage and help maintain leisure skills for each resident, as these activities serve as powerful coping mechanism in times of stress.

Several of our communities offer memory care housing and programming. Harmony Trace in Hilliard, Ohio offers a one-of-a-kind Tranquility Garden for memory care residents and their families, and state of the art therapies are available at The Roxbury at First Community Village in Columbus, Ohio. Additional communities that provide personalized memory care include: National Church Residences Chillicothe, in Chillicothe, Ohio; Inniswood Village in Westerville, Ohio; Legacy Village in Xenia, Ohio; Bristol Village in Waverly, Ohio, and Water’s Edge of Bradenton in Bradenton, Florida.
