Hospice and Palliative Care

Thank you for your gift!

At National Church Residences Hospice, there is no higher honor than providing care and comfort to individuals transitioning through the end stages of their lives. We are privileged to support, pray for, and care for those on this journey. By donating to our hospice and palliative care programs, you help families receive the physical, emotional, and spiritual support they need. Your financial gift allows our loved ones with life-limiting illnesses to receive care in the comfort of their own homes, where they most want to be.

Your gift will make a difference…

Hospice care not only focuses on patients nearing the end of life but also provides compassion and support to their families. Caregivers face unique and difficult challenges that can lead to burnout. To alleviate this stress and improve the well-being of families, we launched a successful caregiver relief program in 2018, receiving overwhelming appreciation from patients and families.

What Will Your Gift Do?

  • Train Home Health Aides: Equip aides with the skills needed for unique hospice care.
  • Provide Skilled Caregivers: Offer brief respites on short notice and at odd times when volunteer companions are unavailable.
  • Support Caregivers: Ensure peace of mind for caregivers, knowing their loved ones receive the care and attention they need to remain comfortable at home.

Your support is deeply appreciated and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Thank you for your generosity.
