At Walnut Trace, we believe an active lifestyle is the key to longevity. Our life enrichment program is built on the belief that wellness is more than physical fitness. You can see it come to life at Walnut Trace in a variety of ways:

  • Free access to an On-site Fitness Center

  • Dedicated Arts and Crafts Studio
  • Library and Book Clubs
  • Planned Social Activities
  • Inside and Outside Gathering Spaces for Connected Living

Our spacious on-site fitness center provides the perfect setting for physical activity with its floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in the natural sunlight and give way to the beautiful surroundings. Classes included:

  • Balance and Strength Classes
  • Cardio Classes
  • Chair Yoga
  • One-to-one Equipment Instruction

In addition, there are walking paths, bike trails and an adjacent public golf course for outside adventures.

On the social front, we host:

  • Weekly Happy Hours
  • Movies with Popcorn
  • Arts and Crafts Classes in a Furnished Studio
  • Social Events and Outings
