Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must qualify for project-based rental assistance through Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority
  • Must have qualifying disability (such as mental health diagnosis)
  • Must pass criminal background check (no arson, sex offenses, drug manufacturing,
  • or recent violent offenses)
  • Annual income for a single adult must not exceed $30,250

Permanent Supportive Housing Goals Are:

  • To promote and improve mental, emotional, physical and financial stability for residents.
  • Link residents to internal programs and external community resources that will assist them in achieving their highest level of self-sufficiency
  • Create pathways to employment and provide opportunities for them to give back to the community.
