Westhaven Apartments

Westhaven Apartments offers an affordable rental community for seniors age 62+, or 55+ for adults who require the features of our accessible apartments. We are located in Baltimore, OH. Our accessible community offers one-bedroom floor plans with many amenities. Give us a call! We’d be happy to talk with you and schedule a personal tour.

Apartment Amenities & Features

Access to the North Baltimore Senior Center, which is attached to our building. Lunch served daily, with the exception of holidays, and plan many activities for our residents.

Other community features include:

  • On-site laundry facility
  • Shared community kitchen and banquet room (available for private reservations)
  • Elevator for 2nd floor access
