Maple Village offers an affordable rental community for seniors age 62+ or 18+ for those with mobility impairments. We are located in Rutland, VT. Our handicap accessible community offers one-bedroom and studio floor plans with an emergency call system, service coordinator, property manager on-site, on-site coin operated laundry facility, an elevator, a monthly food drop, income based rent, and a SASH wellness nurse/program.
