Lincoln Gardens is a place to relax and enjoy the good life you have earned and offers an affordable rental community for seniors 55+ in Columbus, Ohio. Our handicap accessible community offers one-and-two bedroom floor plans with 95 income-based units for rent and 5 Units for market rate rent with water, sewer, and trash included in rent, and washer and dryer hookups included in the apartments. We have 24-hour emergency maintenance, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, and many more amenities included within the apartment. Additionally, we are close to shopping, doctors, pharmacy, etc, and we welcome one pet (under 25 lbs). Give us a call! We’d be happy to talk with you and schedule a personal tour.
