What are caregiver services?

You may have heard of home health caregiver services, sometimes referred to as one-on-one care, non-medical home health, private care or private duty.  All are terms for individual caregiver services that are paid for by the indivudal, they are not covered by medical insurance.  At National Church Residences, our caregiver services are customized around you and your loved ones’ needs, whether that’s continued service throughout the day or assistance with a specific task. We’re here to accommodate your needs and we can work around your schedule.

Our In-Home Support Services

Our one-on-one caregivers provide a wide range of services that provide dignity and support independence. National Church Residences can help you create a private duty care plan that includes any of the following forms of assistance:

• Dressing
• Bathing, etc.
• Light housekeeping
• Shopping
• Meal preparation
• Monitoring medication routines or schedules
• Running errands
• Appointment scheduling
• Correspondence and household paperwork
• Companionship and conversation
