Between our Manor Homes, our apartment residences at The Chelsea and our exciting new addition, The Fairfax, we offer an array of beautiful and versatile housing options that are as distinctive as the fascinating folks who call them home. Some highlights:

Our apartment homes range from The Chelsea, is located in the hub of the community, to our Manor Homes, which are located separately, allowing for more privacy and The Fairfax, offering spacious apartment homes in the English Country style.
Each independent living option is available in a variety of layouts and floor plans. For those who need a little bit of help performing daily tasks, we also have assisted living options that feature licensed nurses on-duty 24 hours a day.
Our Premier Plan for Independent Living in Columbus, Ohio, can provide long-term financial benefits, offering reduced and reliable monthly rates.

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we also offer memory care services and hospice should they ever be required.
