Our skilled nursing and therapy programs are conveniently provided in our on-site therapy gym, which is located in our assisted living building. We offer specialized therapy programs to Bristol Village residents and seniors in our surrounding communities.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, surgery or stroke, our skilled nursing team offers customized, high-quality senior rehabilitation care and support to help you restore and preserve physical abilities. Short-term and Medicare-covered rehabilitation programs for post-surgical needs and longer-term challenges are also available — and we accept a variety of insurance plans.
