Upper Arlington, OH – First Community Village welcomes Jennifer Adams as the executive director of the continuing care retirement community, owned and operated by National Church Residences. In this position, Adams will direct all day-to-day operations for this long-term care community, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

“Jenn brings a valuable blend of business and clinical acumen to First Community Village,” said Denise Anderson, vice president of senior living at National Church Residences. “Her servant leadership is admirable, demonstrated across her career by a deep commitment to resident satisfaction, high operational standards and regulatory compliance.”

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Adams joins First Community Village with 15 years executive experience in the senior living industry. She has served as a licensed nursing home administrator and executive director of assisted living and independent living environments. Adams experience spans diverse populations, as well as urban and rural settings, facilities under renovation and health care delivery.
