Ash Branch Manor

Pembroke, Georgia – Representatives of National Church Residences will provide information and visuals of Ash Branch Manor, a new construction, senior living community located in the heart of Pembroke, Georgia, located about 30 miles west of Savannah. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 185 South Poplar Street in Pembroke from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. All guests will be required to wear a face mask covering and practice social distancing.

Ash Branch Manor will include 70 affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments in a three-story building to serve seniors age 55 and older. It will offer numerous amenities, including: utilities, bright and open floor plans, 24-hour emergency maintenance, a wellness center, along with a large community room and kitchen, a community garden, gazebo and on-site laundry.

Guests will receive visuals showing apartment floor plans and renderings of the building, in addition to a list of amenities that will be available to all residents.

Ash Branch Manor is expected to open in January 2021. Upon completion of Ash Branch Manor, National Church Residences will have 1,551 units of senior housing spread across 12 communities in their Georgia portfolio.
