Benefits Enrollment Center

The cost of living keeps going up and millions of older adults are likely eligible for, but not enrolled in, benefits that can help them save money on health care, prescriptions, food, and much more.

The Benefits Enrollment Program (BEC) is a free Program offered through National Church Residences in partnership with the National Council On Aging (NCOA) that connects vulnerable seniors and adults with disabilities to a professional Benefits Enrollment Coordinators to help guide them on their journey. Benefit Enrollment Coordinators are highly trained individuals who are knowledgeable in available resources. They are easy to work with, friendly, accommodating, flexible, and willing to assist you throughout the enrollment process. Whether you are needing help for yourself, or if you know a senior or adult with a disability who needs help, you are eligible to receive free support from a Benefits Enrollment Coordinator. Benefits Enrollment Coordinators are available to help get you connected to the resources you need to be able to age in place. Our Benefits Enrollment Coordinators help with Medicaid, Medicare, and the Waiver Programs, SNAP Benefits (food stamps), transportation, food, medication assistance, housing, utility assistance, Lifeline, and the ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program).

To begin the process or for more information, please submit a referral for one of our BEC Coordinators to contact you!
