Assisted Living Community in Hilliard renamed Harmony Trace

HILLIARD, Ohio – For the past 25 years, Mill Run assisted living has been successfully serving the needs of area seniors, but with new facilities, an increased focus on memory care and often confused identity, it was time to make a change. As Mill Run celebrates the completion of a $2 million renovation, it is re-christening the community as Harmony Trace. Long a center of excellence recognized for caring, quality service and for providing seniors with a comprehensive health care plan, Harmony Trace continues National Church Residences’ commitment to helping seniors age in place and remain home for life.

“Our new Harmony Trace name for the Mill Run community reflects something that is not new, but part of our long-established approach to assisted living and memory care,” said Denise Anderson, vice president of senior living at National Church Residences. “Our staff work in harmony with residents and their families to develop personal care plans that recognize and celebrate the human story behind every individual. A trace is a pathway, representing the journey the team takes alongside each resident, closely attuning to their wants and needs along the way.”

Opening in 1995 and previously expanded in 2013, Harmony Trace is located at 3550 Fishinger Boulevard in the Mill Run neighborhood of Hilliard. The community includes 84 assisted living and memory care apartments. The campus includes a Tranquility Garden, accessible to all residents and designed with features that benefit those with dementia through beautiful landscaping that calms the spirit and stimulates the senses.

Renovations were completed this summer and included numerous upgrades and enhancements to the community’s memory care apartments and facilities as well as common spaces for residents and families to enjoy.
