Woolley, senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at National Church Residences, has been recognized as an esteemed recipient of the OnCon Icon Award. The OnCon Icon Awards, hosted by OnConferences, celebrate individuals who have made significant impacts within their fields.

Through a peer process, Woolley was recognized for her outstanding contributions to National Church Residences as well as her unwavering commitment to excellence and exceptional leadership that also served as an inspiration to her peers within the legal profession.

Woolley, who joined National Church Residences in 2017 as associate general counsel, manages the in-house legal team, providing advice on a wide variety of topics, including governance, litigation, corporate structure and transactions, risk management, entity management, privacy and corporate compliance. Her extensive legal expertise continues to guide the organization through various legal matters while overseeing the department’s staff of six and leading the corporate compliance committee.
