The acquisition of Cranes Landing will add 40 units of senior housing to National Church Residence’s Toledo portfolio, which now totals 436 units across 6 Toledo communities.
“Expanding our presence in the Toledo area will give us the opportunity to better assist the growing Toledo senior population find quality affordable housing and obtain access to impactful home based services,” said Matt Rule, Senior Vice President of Housing Development.
In addition to six existing communities in Toledo, National Church Residences is currently constructing Valley Bridge, a new construction 70 unit senior building in Toledo’s Reynolds Corner neighborhood. The development is a partnership with local, non-profit community development corporation Friendship New Vision, Inc. and is slated to open in late 2018. Valley Bridge will increase National Church Residences presence in Toledo to 506 units across seven communities.
